I loved this apartment, I was so sad to leave. Incredible location and the management is amazing. Which, seems so hard to find in an apartment! Shout out Jordan, she’s the best. It doesn’t hurt that it’s attached to a coffee shop so it always smells amazing.

Maybe a one star will get their attention. Had an appointment to view one of their apartments today and waited in the rain for 30 minutes with no response then scheduled another one online guess what happened same thing. Do not schedule a tour online you cannot get a hold of one real person and no one gets back to you.

We’re so happy in our apartment. It’s quiet, full of light and has storage for everything we need. This is the best neighborhood.
Jordan is a great onsite manager!

Jordan and Keenan were lovely. They made our move pleasant and seamless, even though we moved in right when the big snow/ ice storm hit. They have been nothing but attentive, considerate, and professional. As a leasing professional myself, I know how much work goes into the property management field in both management and maintenance. I must say D Street is excelling in both and I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to rent in Portland.

I booked a tour here and no one showed up. I emailed when that happened, and after several days I received an email about rescheduling. I drove in from Beaverton for the tour, so it was not appreciated and unprofessional.

Lived here for a year and it was pretty good. Maria and Monica really made the place for us, they are two fantastic people. Always very nice and helpful. Apartment sizes are little small for the cost, but we only ever had one maintenance issue that was fixed quickly (shout out to Joseph too, he's a great guy), and never really any issues with sound between apartments. Good place!

We have lived here for a year, and have loved it. The management is super friendly and the building is built with care. There is a ton of storage in the actual apartment, and then there are storage rooms for a low monthly fee. Each floor has a bike storage room, there's a gym, and a rooftop deck. The floors are a little thin so you can really hear the footsteps overhead, but I've never heard my next door neighbors. We are very happy living here, and just signed a new lease.

The location is amazing. The 4 bus stops right outside the building and takes you directly downtown. There's a new seasons, Safeway and Fred Meyers within a 1 mile radius. For these reason I haven't needed to own a car. Plus, there are so many delicious restaurants nearby! Perfect neighborhood for a night out to dinner. No worries about noise as the street is relatively quiet at night.

My apartment is spacious, bright, and cozy. The roof deck offers some rad views of downtown and even a speck of mount hood if you catch it on the right day.

Best of all is the management. On a Monday morning a truck came at 7 AM and stayed for 1 hr doing work outside my window. I had the day off and was wicked pissed because I couldn't sleep. I sent in a complaint and Maria, the manager responded promptly with corrective action. She took my complaint seriously, did research on her own to contact the company and establish a process that would eliminate any future incidences. I was so shocked by the response that I felt it necessary to pay back the kindness with the 5 star review. If you are on the fence about moving here, just do it! Promise you'll love it. 🙂
