I have been learning all about my can am maverick. Big D’s was a last minute call for help. They were all about helping me out and got me what i needed next day. compared to other companies who wouldn’t go that extra mile.Big D’s Customer service is excellent and the whole crew are just friendly and very welcoming. To say the least, I have needed more guidance on CVT clutches, i know i can call the shop and these guys are all about helping me out. Thank you for being a family, friendly, very helpful and reliable shop! Small Business matter!!! 253!!!! ⚙️️?

Only place I can find on the Eastern side of Washington that could work on my jet ski since it was modified with a stage 2 riva kit and needed special equipment. Donny was on point with communication and updates. Will be coming back for sure and I highly recommend them for rentals or any powersport repairs.

We rented a pontoon boat for the day and it was a great experience. Booking was quick and easy online. They had the boat all ready and in the water at Columbia Point marina the morning of. Returned it to the marina for check out at end of day, no need to load/unload from trailer. Friendly service and responded well via text.

If I could I would give Big Ds a 10 star . They where fast to respond to my call and bring me in the same day to fix my sea doo switch cruise. I'm not from the area but he took me in and got the work done fast and good no great. I highly recommend this place he knows what he is doing.

Big D’s has went above and beyond to help with my utv needs. Both Donnie and Catrina are very knowledgeable and fair to work with. They helped answer questions before I even bought a side by side and gave opinions on what brand would best suit me and my family. Since my utv purchase they have helped outfit my side by side with all the aftermarket and factory items that I wanted to make my side by side fun and reliable. I’ve been around the power sports industry for over 20 years and finding a shop that is fair, knowledgeable and honest unfortunately is not that common anymore. I highly recommend Big D’s for all your power sport needs!
