I’m so glad we decided to lease from D&R , Wendy and her staff have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They really care about the people who lease from them . And are on top of things no matter how small or large the problem is. I have called Wendy on several occasions and she has always answered me back .We are so comfortable and happy to have leased from D&R investment that we signed to stay on our lease for another year. Their integrity and family orientated makes it a lot easier for anyone to rent or lease from DNR investments. Wendy Bethany you guys are great and I have enjoyed knowing you guys. I'm so glad I decided to move into D&R Investments! I was referred by my brother and took a leap of faith by choosing a place sight unseen. I'm thrilled with my decision. The entire community is exceptionally well-maintained, and my two-bedroom unit is perfect. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Road 68, shopping, gyms, and the freeway. It's incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

I have rented from Wendy for the last four years. I started out renting a home with my two sons and then one got married and moved on, my fiancé then moved in and the change over was seamless. Wendy was easy to work with when we did this change. We got married and decided the we were going to make this part of Washington our forever home so we ended up buying a home but had we not we would have remained with D& R until we did. There was never a question if we had a problem, it was taken care of immediately without hesitation. I would highly recommend renting from Wendy and her team. They are fair and easy to work with.

The team at D&R has found a way to provide superior service for both owner and tenant. We are very happy with our experience. We recently moved back to the Tri-Cities and needed a rental. D&R had a perfect place for us. They responded quickly, verified we had a good history, and conducted the process very smoothly. The previous tenants had not taken good care of the house, so it needed a lot of issues to be addressed. The team at D&R got it back into perfect condition, ready for our targeted move-in date. Shortly after moving in, we found a couple additional issues with the electrical system and an appliance that failed. They promptly sent Alan out to investigate. Whatever he couldn't take care of himself he called in local craft experts. From an owner perspective, Alan made sure the right repair or replacement was identified and justified. They all followed up with us to make sure everything was corrected and continued to work properly. Very nice!
They have a nice website that is used to pay rent and to report any problems. It's easy to use and the responses are swift.
