I scheduled my first prenatal appointment here despite knowing these bad reviews and all my friends who've come here saying the same things about the atrocious wait times and mediocre care. I was shocked that the receptionist told me to plan on an hour wait time. The fact they PLAN for that is bizarre and unprofessional. But the final straw for me was kids are not allowed under any circumstances. I'm a homeschooling mom of three young kids and a military spouse. I don't have family I can just leave my kids with for the 1.5 hour round trip drive, and 1+ hour wait time every appointment and I'm not going to burden a friend with that. I have a friend who was turned away from her appointment last year because she couldn't get childcare for her 2 year old and her husband was deployed! This office is the primary office mil insurance refers to so it makes me sad this office wouldn't support our military mamas better. I've been to three different hospitals for prenatal care and delivery across three different states and I've never heard of this. Prenatal care needs to be accessible to moms which means they need to be able to continue being moms while they are pregnant! I canceled my appointment and have switched to the Antelope Valley OB clinic which is not a major step up but at least my kids can come and the wait times are short.

Very professional. Kept me calm while I was panicking and guided me through pushing, kind but assertive. And with the after care (placenta, checking for tears etc.) she explained everything as she was doing it making my discomfort as comfortable as possible. Thank you Dr. Baker!

Absolutely horrible 12 weeks pregnant nausous extremely tired. Office is way over booked and understaff
There is absolutely no reason to make patients wait 3 plus hours for their appointment times. Would honestly never come back however there is only 2 obgyn that are still in this area.

The Dr. And staff are fine. The office is old and small. It feels like you're stepping into the early 90's. No online patient portal, in 2024. Yup. Don't expect to be seen within the first hour you're here. It's gonna be a long day. I dontunderstand why they stretch themselves so thin. And you'd think with the amount of patients they see they'd at least have a nice office and equipment, but nope. If you are unable to see patients in a timely manner, then don't schedule them. Nobody wants to be here for 2 to 4 hours for a routine appointment.

By far thee worst establishment that I have ever visited. You are better off going to a county clinic than being seen here and based off of the rest of the current reviews, it sounds like I am not the only one who thinks this. One star for this facility is too much. I wish I could rate the doctor, but out of my visits, I have yet to meet her to discuss my pregnancy. Every single time I have gone in for an appointment, I have been told that I have a copay to meet, yet my deductible is really low.... how does that work? You HAVE to pay before being seen and no they don't go through the insurance first and then bill you like every other place does. During my last visit, I was told I owed an X amount that would cover care over the next 6 months. I declined to pay because we're moving, and I wouldn't stay with them even if we weren't. I was desperate to be seen because frankly I thought I would get to speak to the doctor so I agreed to pay for one last visit (big mistake). Now I'm asking for records and even though you initially sign a medical release form, now you have to go back in, sign another... then wait 7 days to go back into the office to FINALLY pick up records. What a huge mistake going here in the first place. Before I end my rant, let me not forget to mention the wait times. I was there for a total of 3 hours for a scheduled appointment just to "be seen" for a total of 15 minutes. This place should not be attending people.

She has way too many patients. The office over schedules her to the point where you are going to be sitting in the waiting room or hallway packed full of other pregnant overheated upset women. Seriously can not stand coming into this office.
