I am disappointed with my experience at D&S auto body unfortunately. The staff were all kind and friendly which is always appreciated anywhere we go. Anyways long story short, my car was totaled. Before we knew it was totaled and they were planning on repairing it. Upon dropping off my car my husband asked if we should remove our personal items out of the trunk. He was told we didn't need too. Later it was discovered more work needed done on the vehicle and all of our property from the trunk was placed in a box. We were told when we asked about picking up the items from the trunk that there was nothing in the trunk. I knew for a fact I had a spot light and comforter in the trunk. I asked again and was told they were working on it and would get back to me. Weeks later I was told that apparently the stuff the was removed was set in a box. Another customer had taken our box by mistake and it ended up getting taken to the shelter in white salmon. The repair shop said they wanted to make it up to us and offered to replace the comforter and the spot light but I asked if they had taken inventory of what they removed from the trunk and they said they did not. I appreciate that my spot light and comforter are being replaced but they "assured me" there could not have been much else in my trunk because it all fit in a square foot box.... I'm just not sure that a big spotlight and comforter could fit in such a small box and I know I had usually kept a bit of stuff in the trunk. I told them I wasn't going to make up things that I don't know were in there and try to get over on them because I'm not that kind of person but I'm just really bummed on how everything was handled with the items I no longer have and can't help but feel like they were trying to down play what I had in there by saying it was a small box because just those two items I find hard to believe could fit in such box. When Jarrell Bell worked there he always did a good job making sure things were replaced and cared for properly. They said nothing like that has ever happened and never would but I guess you can't be too sure...

I was rear ended last year, and took my truck into D&S for repairs. I worked with the office manager at the time to schedule repairs, but every time I came in there was a delay and they weren't ready to do the work. This happened 3 times before the work was finally worked on, and I didn't feel my time was being respected. The only reason I didn't leave a negative review at the time was Rob, who did the paint. When he realized how much I'd been bounced around by the manager, he worked extra hours to get the truck finished by the time it was to be picked up.

This year I bought a vehicle with a rebuilt title that just needed some paint done, so I thought of Rob again and reached out for a quote. When I contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the old manger was gone. Tommy, the new office manager, was great to work with. He promptly communicated the timeline for the work, realized a part was missing from the repair work already done, and had my truck ready when they said it would be...and the paint looked great. So if you had issues with them in the past I'd try them again. Thank you!

Highly recommend. If ever needing to again, I will take my truck to these awesome folks! Not the stereotypical auto shop that is there to take your money. These guys genuinely care about the work they put in and customer service. Jeremy helped tremendously with my thousand questions and helped with my disorganizing schedule. They also offered a FREE rental car which literally saved me with work and taking my kiddo places. Seriously these guys are AMAZING!!! Jeremy and the front desk lady especially. Thank you guys!!

Jeremy and Danielle made it over the top easy and simple to get my car repaired and repaired in less the estimated time. The car looks great !! I am so glad I chose to repair it and doubly pleased I chose D and S.... My experience with D and S could note have been better.

We met Jeremy at the WAAAM Traffic Jam last weekend and told him of the situation with a busted side mirror on our 2017 RAM truck which we use to tow a 5th wheel. A brand new replacement would cost more than $1,000 plus the labor to install so we asked if he could suggest any alternatives. We are full-time RVers so he knew we needed this handled pretty quickly. On Monday he got right on it and found the piece we needed. He ordered it and when it came in it was perfect except for one broken piece which he was able to locate and snap right into place. We took our truck in yesterday and within 20 minutes the "new to us" mirror was installed, looks great and works perfectly....and all for half what we would have paid for a new one! Jeremy was very responsive when I called and if he didn't happen to be available, Danielle, the office manager always took care of me. I would also like to thank the young man who actually installed the mirror but forgot to ask for his name. Thank you D & S Frame & Body Shop! They know their business and are excellent at it!

Recently damaged my 2013 Toyota Tundra and contacted Ralph at D and S Frame and Auto Body for help. Not only did he meet me 45 minutes before business hours to get me a loaner vehicle so I could make it to work on time but he had it running and ready. My truck was finished on time as promised, looks like new again and they even detailed the inside!!
