Horrible bed side manner, didn't address multiple issues while there that were on mri and overall acted as if patient didn't matter. Would not recommend him to anyone unless you like interacting with the personality of a boot. Left feeling more in the dark than when I came in. Left is in the room for 15-20 minutes after went to go get paperwork only for a nurse to come in surprised we were still there saying we can leave. Never got the paperwork we needed still either. Appointment lasted for all of 5 minutes and no real plan or solution was established

Office is clean. Staff are friendly & hard working. Rarely have I visited the office without a respiratory illness, which maybe why I’ve never been physically examined, only questions. Dr Botts always informs of the plan for referral, just never offers any other information about what my complaints suggest or signify? Never revealed or discussed QME reports, or indications. Always feels like I’m in the dark & maybe one day there will be a revelation.

I really like this doctor and his office staff. I’ve never had to wait for long periods of time, they run on time. They’re very courteous and helpful. I love Dr. Botts. He’s for the patient and I would recommend Tim to anyone.

The staff was very nice and I felt heard. However when I met with the doctor I felt my concerns we not addressed. No medication dispensed for pain. And being told that everything is normal and to go rehab it doesn’t make me feel any better when the pain has been chronic for so long. Seen by the doctor and out in 10 minutes. The medical assistant showed more care and understanding then the doctor.
