NextGen Builders is currently building our home. The reason we went with them was there absolute transparent building timeline, as well as the fact that we could walk through a model home and see just how great the quality was and will be able to expect in our home as well. We loved that they had models to choose from with quite a bit of options to customize our home. They are very responsive, professional and friendly too which is a big deal for us!

My whole experience really has been great from start to present.

Kyle in sales, Lisa in design were helpful and great work work with.

Dan has been my superintendent and he has been accommodating every step of the process. Worked with me in anything I needed and transparent with the process. He has kept the schedule tight, efficient and moving the entire time.

I have driven by and inspected the build almost daily for 5 months. As a contractor myself, all my expectations have been easily met, and NextGen really builds a solid home.

I can't wait to start this next chapter.

NEXTGEN has been amazing. The whole team has been fantastic to work with. They make you feel like family and are there to answer any and all questions that we may have. Kyle and Kevin in sales were easy and kind to deal with. Lisa in design has been amazing. She goes the extra mile for you in making sure everything is perfect. She super simplifies the process and is just great to work with. Our project manager Chris is always there to answer any and all questions on the build process. Again just amazing to work with. Jennifer in permitting is with us step by step making sure nothing is missed. They by far are the best custom homebuilder out there and they truly make you feel like family. I recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home.

Our NextGen Home is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the middle of February 2024. Our experience with everybody at Next Gen has been great. Marissa in sales was awesome, Lisa in the design center was very informative and patient with us.
Our project manager, Dan has been truly amazing. As we are currently living out of state, he has provided timely photos of the progress and answered all of our questions. Dan is a true professional and is a real asset to Next Gen.
We are beyond excited to move into our new home and start our next chapter! Two thumbs up ?

NextGen has been amazing to work with! They offer a great home with quality above your average builder. Their superintendents are top rate & we were fortunate to get Trevor who I think is the BEST of the BEST! He has ran our build like a well oiled machine., keeping every step flowing smoothly so no time is wasted. Wish I could give him 10 stars! Everyone we have worked with at the company has been great. But Trevor is above and beyond any superintendent I have worked with, and this is our 3rd house build. Also my hubby has been in construction for over 40yrs and he agrees that Trevor knows his stuff n is good at it. Highly recommend NextGen.

We just got our keys to our new home a couple of weeks ago. For what is always said to be one of the most stressful experiences for a couple turned out to be quite the opposite. That is all primarily due to the professionalism and communication skills of our Superintendent Mahone Maktima. In this day and age, it seems customer service and communication are a thing of the past. Mahone was quite the opposite, and made the entire build process very easy, and very stress free! If you're able to choose a Superintendent for your build, I highly, highly recommend Mahone. Makes me want to build another house! On the sales side, or sales person was Marissa. Same deal. She was extremely informative, and responsive. Nextgen and their staff should get 10 out of 5 stars!! Great job!!!

We LOVE our NextGen home!! The quality of the house is miles above our other two homes we’ve owned in The Valley. Even though we built during the post-COVID era of supply chain issues worldwide, Chris T. especially did a stellar job staying on top of subs and schedules. He was an excellent communicator, working from a place of integrity. In the end we trusted NextGen would build us a beautiful, quality home and we were not disappointed!
