The answering service that this office is atrocious... The operators are rude towards you when you call for help and spoke to me with disrespect. Funny how I was treated excellent when I carried blue cross insurance now that I'm on medicaid, for a brief period I've been treated like nothing but a problem. My anxiety made it so hard to call in the first place that I'm down to less than one vial of the medication I need to survive. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me... Don't worry sweetheart you'll get reported!

Dr. Kunkle is the best Doctor we've ever seen! He's a good man with a great bedside manner and also extremely knowledgeable. He figured our what was going on with our daughter in a timely manner. We definitly recommend him and the rest of his wonderful team!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've worked for doctors my entire adult life, yet never have I met a more arrogant, rude, dismissive, deflective and purposely unhelpful doctor in my life. I do not believe that he rendered appropriate medical care. We were referred to him by another patient, who does believe he is a good doctor, but we sadly cannot concur. I feel sad to give this review, but I also feel that people have a right to know our experience. If you would like specifics on how I came to this conclusion, I'd be more than happy to expound.

I've a very rare condition and had been to so many doctors, with no answers. Dr Kunkel had it figured out in just a couple of days. His follow up and care has been like no other doctor I've ever dealt with. So thorough, caring, every last detail covered. Communication exceptional, always answering all my questions and more. He goes above and beyond any other doctor I've ever had! He really does deserve at least 10 stars!

Dr. Kunkle is a nice doctor and always has a smile on his face. He has helped me more than any other doctor, and is willing to listen to what you have to say, or any concerns about your medication dosages, and will work with you to make you happy and healthy as can be. He deserves 10 stars.

just had my new patient/1st visit there and Dr. Kunkel and his staff are very thorough, and gives each patient the time they deserve. He tried to answer all my questions and gave me some things to try and point me in the right direction. I wish all of those putting in negative reviews understood the whole picture. I am one of those patients who it took quite a while to get into see him (6mo and yes I went on Valentine's day), and coordinate with the coordinator (who has an impossible job since there's only 2 docs there and there's such a need for their specialty). So when you finally get in to your appt, play nice, treat them with respect and make sure you thank them when you get there! They are doing the best they can and it's sometimes a thankless job, so be thankful they want to stay in our community and be a part of our docs. Thanks kadlec endocrinology... Dr. Kunkel and staff!!❤️

Waited so long to see a specialist only to have my concerns fall on COMPLETLY deaf ears. Another waste of time. These doctors dont listen. Its really frustrating and depressing. He was at least nice, but failed to take my symptons that have been ongoing for several years into consideration.

Go up
